This is for the sole purpose of ensuring that you are able to participate in yoga activities and to enable RCY to adapt or suggest adaptations to meet your needs.

To enable RCY to provide, administer, arrange, carry out classes, personal one-to-one sessions, yoga retreats & related holidays or breaks for which your consent is necessary for the purposes of entering into a contract; or where the processing is necessary for the performance of any resulting contract to which you may be a party; or where the processing is required for compliance with a legal obligation; or where processing is necessary to protect your vital personal interests. “Consent” relates to the use and storage of your personal data and information RCY may send that may be of interest to you. Such consent relies on you agreeing that RCY may do this usually by opting-in to receive regular communications sent out by email to you by RCY. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing (opting-out) from the communication emailed to you or by emailing Ros Castle, RCY’s data protection controller.

 8. The personal data collected by RCY is stored and processed in-house at Toddington Bedfordshire UK. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this storing and processing.
