Traditionally Counted Ashtanga Vinyasa Workshop at Raphael Fitness, Marston Moretaine

In this 2 hour workshop I will guide you through the full Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Each pose prepares the body for the next pose or one later in the sequence during the course of which we work pretty much every joint and muscle in the body.

If you have some experience of any form of yoga you can come and experience Ashtanga in its traditional form in this workshop. If you’re a more experienced Ashtangi or haven’t practiced regularly for a while this is a great way to re-energise your practice.

Modifications will be offered thorughout so don’t worry about any poses that are unfamiliar.
